Chance to work for Peterborough's The Apprentice winner as he creates new jobs
Staff numbers to double over a year
BBC The Apprentice winner Joseph Valente is creating jobs at his award winning Trade Mastermind business in Peterborough.
The entrepreneur currently employs about 50 staff at Trade Mastermind, based at the Brightfield Business Hub, in Bakewell Road, Orton Southgate, but is looking to hire another 20 staff.
He said: “We have availability across customers accounts, customer services, sales, design, recruitment and finance.

He added: "We are on a big scale up mission and we are looking to be at 100 by June next year.”
Mr Valente, who won the BBC The Apprentice title in 2015, said he had just hired a new chief finance officer and was in the process of recruiting a new chief operating officer.
Trade Mastermind and Coaching Academy was launched in 2020 to help sole traders and small businesses in the construction sector to achieve fast and remarkable growth.

Mr Valente, who built his own plumbing business ImpraGas, based in Yaxley, into a £10 million turnover operation employing 150 staff before selling in 2020, said: “My expertise is not only starting businesses but growing them in the right way.”
Trade Mastermind has just been awarded the prestigious Signature Awards’ Enterprise of the Year Award Awards held at the Hilton in London’s Mayfair.
Afterwards, Mr Valente said: “It is an incredible achievement – it is just great to have recognition for the business and the team’s hard work.”
