9. Revolutionary

10. 2 Bonds
Two films from one of the biggest move franchises ever were in fact filmed in Peterborough. Scenes from GoldenEye were filmed at Nene Valley Railway and the tank chase was filmed outside of the British Sugar factory. 11. St Peter
The city of Peterborough is named after Saint Peter and the coat of arms heavily reflects this. Notice the motto on the coat of arms. In the bible, when the Pharisees were asking Jesus to prove who he was by giving them a sign from heaven, he was recognised by Peter as "the Christ, the son of the living God." In response, Jesus said: "UPON THIS ROCK I will build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it." He also entrusted Peter with the keys to the Kingdom of Heaven, hence the cross keys-recognisable throughout the city. Photo: UGC
