Bin tax petition on Facebook
I would like very much to sign this protest but do not belong to Facebook and will not sign up to be a member of Facebook or Twitter (why should we have to).
How can we or many of your readers who do not have access to the internet sign the Stealth Tax petition?
Incidentally talking to other people living out of Lincolnshire, they were staggered when we told them this charge was being introduced. Like many local residents they thought this was already paid for in the council tax.
Is it not time we were told exactly what we pay for?
