With Windrush being topical and in the news recently, it got me thinking - and going back through my archives to the early 1980s, write Peterborough’s Paramedic Paparazzo Chris Porsz..
I have chosen a couple of images from what was at the time Peterborough’s very popular Gladstone Carnival.
