CHRIS PORSZ: Do these faces ring a bell?
This week, I look at some scenes from the Cattle Market Road telephone box in 1980.
This is now an open air cash machine and phone.
I remember those boys who would now be in their forties getting rather impatient at the lady trying to make a phone call. Not a problem now with their smart phones!
In the same box a man can be seen checking the directory while the cloth cap chap waiting patiently to make his call.
