New homes in Peterborough village go up for sale

Dozens of people flocked to an event to learn more about Longhurst Group’s Bluebell Place development in Eye Green last week.

As a result of the pre-launch event, a number of reservations were made on the day, with more expected in the coming weeks with homes available for sale off plan.

Longhurst Group’s new homes sales manager Lindsey Sissons said: “We held this exclusive event after more than 100 people registered with us for more information about the development.

“There was a very high level of interest at the event and people were very impressed with the layout of the development and in the properties themselves.

“We are very excited to see the first customers completing their purchases of their new home and moving in.”

Longhurst Group owns and manages more than 23,000 homes across the Midlands and East of England and employs around 1,100 people.

Bluebell Place comprises 67 properties including 17 shared ownership homes and 14 properties for outright sale or Help to Buy. The remaining properties will be available on various rental tenures and all are either two, three or four bedroom homes.

The development is scheduled to be completed by December.
