The playgroup provides funded early education for two, three and four-year-old children. Manager Emma Turczyn said: “We are delighted to report that pre-school has been awarded ‘Outstanding’ for the quality and standards of early years provision that we provide.

“We have been awarded the highest grading in the four main areas of early years provision that are inspected. These are: Effectiveness of the leadership and management; Quality of teaching, learning and assessment; Personal development, behaviour and welfare; Outcomes for children.

“We would like to express our sincere thanks to all our families who have supported Playgroup since we were last inspected, without which this recognition could not have been achieved.”
