Horse rescue from water-filled ditch
Fire crews from Dogsthorpe and Whittlesey were called out on Monday evening to rescue a horse which had become stuck in a water-filled ditch.
Firefighters were called at around 6.50pm to Cock Bank in Whittlesey.
Using specialist rescue equipment they safely released the horse and returned it to its owner.
