Historian launches novel at cathedral

Top historian Alison Weir is to launch her new novel '˜Katherine of Aragon: The True Queen' at Peterborough Cathedral on Friday, May 6 at 7.30pm, with an illustrated talk and book signing.

The writer will give her presentation in the Nave, a short distance from where Katherine was buried in 1536 on the instructions of King Henry VIII.

Tickets are £11 (£5.50 under 18’s) available at www.peterborough-cathedral.org.uk, the Peterborough Information Centre on 01733 452336, or at the cathedral shop.

All proceeds will go towards the preservation and the ministry of the cathedral.
