Fenland supermarket to remain closed following roof collapse
A supermarket in Fenland is to remain closed following a roof collapse.
On Tuesday (July 28), shoppers inside of Iceland on High Street, March reported hearing a loud crash shortly before being evacuated from the store.
The noise turned out to be the roof of the building collapsing. Much of the debris fell into a next door alleyway but fortunately, no one was there at the time.
Police have confirmed that no injuries were reported.

Iceland have now said that the store will remain closed as a precaution.
An Iceland Foods spokesperson said: "We are currently working with Cambridgeshire Police and Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service following a roof collapse at our High Street store in March, Cambridgeshire.
"All colleagues and customers are safe, and the store remains closed as a precaution."
