Crossbow dog Ziggy to appear on new series of The Dog Rescuers
Staffordshire terrier Ziggy will be featured in the first episode of the new series of The Dog Rescuers on Channel Five, alongside RSPCA Inspector Justin Stubbs.
The two-year-old Staffy hit headlines across the world when he was found with a 20-inch carbon bolt in his head on October 22 in remote woodland, near Wansford.

Hide AdIn the space of just a week, the RSPCA received in excess of 100 offers from people across the country wanting to give Ziggy a new home.
Comedian and dog lover Alan Davies who presents the new series, will meet Ziggy and his new owner Dominic O’Hare, who lives in Hertfordshire to hear of Ziggy’s incredible story.
The new series will follow RSPCA officers from across the country, in their rescue attempts and investigations.
