The police helicopter conducted a search of Peterborough on Saturday night after reports of a concern for safety.
A number of readers got in touch with the Peterborough Telegraph after the police helicopter was seen and heard searching areas around the River Nene and Town Bridge in the city on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
This followed a concern for safety about a woman who was eventually located and is now receiving medical assistance.
