Two Peterborough men arrested and one charged in crackdown on class A drug dealing in city

Two men have been arrested in Peterborough on susicion of dealing class A drugs.

They are the latest arrests in a week of action by police in Peterborough to tackle drug related crimes.

Rytis Zerlauskas, 18, of Brynmore, Bretton, was also arrested in Dickens Street, Peterborough, yesterday afternoon (Thursday October 11) and has been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs, namely heroin and crack cocaine, with a street value of 1,700.

He has been remanded to appear at Peterborough Magistrates' Court today, Friday October 12.

A 19-year-old man from Peterborough was also arrested in Dickens Street, Peterborough, yesterday afternoon on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.

He has been released under investigation.
