Two men charged in connection with Peterborough burglaries and thefts
Two men have been charged in connection with burglaries and thefts in Peterborough.
Thomas Smiley (29) of Huntingdon Road, Cambridge, was arrested on Thursday (October 11) and has since been charged with attempted burglary, burglary, possession of a class A drug and theft of a motor vehicle.
Josh Lavell (27) of Scalford Drive, Dogsthorpe, Peterborough, was arrested on Sunday (October 14) and later charged with burglary, theft of a motor vehicle and fraud.
Smiley appeared at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court on Saturday (October 13) and has been remanded to appear again at a later date.
Lavell has been remanded to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (Tuesday).
