Travellers in Peterborough face eviction after court order

Travellers camped on land near a nature reserve in Peterborough are set to be evicted.

Last week 14 caravans were parked by Stanground Newt Ponds, and today (Friday, March 3) a court order has been issued to the two caravans which remain.

Peterborough City Council said it will bring in bailiffs if the travellers are still there on Monday.
