Suspended sentence for Peterborough man who assaulted nurse
A man who assaulted a nurse has been given a suspended jail sentence
Peterborough Magistrates’ Court heard how James Cripps (41) of Crabtree, Peterborough, carried out the assault on the senior clinical nurse in July last year.
Cripps pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker, and was given an eight week jail sentence, suspended for 12 months. He was also ordered to pay £100 compensation.
