Peterborough man to face court on burglary charge
A man from Peterborough is due in court today (Tuesday, November 17) charged with burglary and theft.
Leroy Parkinson, 27, was arrested in Eastern Avenue on Saturday night in connection with a burglary at a home in Dogsthorpe the previous morning.
He has since been charged with burglary including theft or a purse including £300 cash and bank cards, as well as theft of fragrances worth £235 from Sainbury’s supermarket in Oxney Road on 27 October.
Parkinson, of Tilton Court in Welland, has been remanded in custody to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court.
