Peterborough man charged with Bretton assault

A man is due in court today (Friday 26 June) charged with multiple offences in Peterborough including assault.

Filmon Ebafrash, 18, was arrested yesterday afternoon in connection with an assault in Barnstock, Bretton.

He has since been charged with possession of an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a plank of wood, two counts of assault, criminal damage and using threatening behaviour with intent to cause fear.

Ebafras, of no fixed address, has been remanded to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today.
