A man from Peterborough has been charged in connection with a theft from B&Q yesterday (Thursday).

Anthony Laird (38) of no fixed address was arrested at the store in Maskew Avenue at about 5.30pm.
He has since been charged with the theft of tools worth £160 and has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today.
