Peterborough man arrested over possession of ‘combat knife’ in city street
A man is due in court charged with being in possession of a combat knife in a public place.
Trehmayne Clarke, 24, of Field Walk in Eastgate, was arrested in Fengate Close yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 23 June) by officers from the Community Action Team (CAT).
He has since been charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, namely a combat knife, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday 24 June).
