Man set to appear in court to accused of causing death by dangerous driving following death of 28-year-old woman near Peterborough
A man will appear in court in the new year accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
A Lincolnshire Police spokesperson said that Mantas Kudrevicius (32), of Victoria Street, Quorn, has been summoned to court accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
The spokesperson said that the summons follows an investigation into a collision on the A16 Spalding Bypass at Cowbit on Friday, 30 August 2024 which sadly led to the death of a 28-year-old woman.
Kudrevicius is due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court on 7 January 2026.
