Man denies murdering inmate at HMP Peterborough
A man has pleaded not guilty to murdering a fellow inmate at HMP Peterborough.
Jordan Palmer (25) appeared via video link at Peterborough Crown Court today.
He entered a not guilty plea to one count of murder.
It is alleged he killed Terence Ojuderie at the Saville Road jail on Thursday, December 9.
Palmer has since been transferred to HMP Woodhill near Milton Keynes.
His trial is set to take place at Peterborough Crown Court on October 3 this year.
