Luke Rox (26) of Bradley Road, Huntingdon, has been charged with false imprisonment, threatening a person with an offensive weapon in a public place and possessing a weapon for the discharge of an electrical incapacitation device.
He is due to appear at Cambridge Magistrates’ Court.
