Man to appear in court charged with carrying out Peterborough burglary

Ladislav Kina, 24, of Saffron Lane, Leicester, was arrested in Leicester yesterday afternoon (Monday 7 September) in connection with the theft of bank cards following a burglary in Clarence Road, Millfield, on 26 June this year.

Yesterday afternoon (Tuesday 8 September), Kina was charged with burglary and two counts of fraud by false representation, namely using stolen bank cards to withdraw £580 cash.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Peterborough Magistrates’ Court this morning (Wednesday 9 September).
