Armed police swoop on Peterborough home
Armed police swooped on a Peterborough property and arrested a man last night.
Officers attended a home in Leaf Avenue, Hampton at about 8pm last night (Thursday).
A 36-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of firearms offences in Hampton, and remains in custody at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
Officers have attended the arrested man’s property today, and are currently conducting a thorough search.
