Armed police called to Peterborough home
Armed police were called to a Peterborough home last night.
Emergency services were called at 8.21pm yesterday ( July 2) with reports of a disturbance at a property in Danish Court, Werrington.
Officers, including those from the Armed Policing Unit, attended the scene.
A 29-year-old man from Peterborough was arrested on suspicion of affray and criminal damage. He was initially taken to hospital for treatment, but is now in custody at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
