Charitable shoppers help raise money

The Craft Fair and Car Boot Sale event at the centre proved to be incredibly popular and, alongside the car boot sale, local crafts people were selling their goods and demonstrating their skills to the public.

All proceeds raised by the event have been donated to the Rotary Club of the Deepings and the Inner Wheel Charity to be used both locally and internationally.

Manager of the Deeping Shopping Centre, Kevin Smith, said: “We are delighted with the success of the Craft Fair and Car Boot Sale, and the amount that we were able to raise for the two charities is fantastic. I’d like to thank every car booter and stall holder for taking part.”
