Body of missing man believed to be RAF Wittering Serviceman found
The body of a missing man believed to be an RAF Wittering aircraftman has been discovered in Stamford.
Officers were searching along Water Street this afternoon when they discovered a body, believed to be that of David Kenwright, who was last seen in the town at around 10.45pm on Saturday.
A Lincolnshire Police spokeswoman said: “Formal identification has yet to take place but we believe the man to be 34-year-old David Kenwright. Next of kin have been informed and we are asking that their privacy be respected at this time.
“Anyone with information should call 101 with incident reference 105 of March 9.”
