9,000 expected to see Bryan rock the Embankment

More than 9,000 fans are set to descend on Peterborough's Embankment on Friday as Canadian rocker Bryan Adams brings his tour to the city.

The multi-platinum recording artist said this week: “I’m really enjoying my Get Up Tour and am looking forward to heading to Peterborough. People can expect two hours of music, and the crowds in the UK are always fantastic. It’s going to be great!”

Claire Kidger of promoters LCC Live said: “From the moment we announced Bryan Adams’ Peterborough show, anticipation and excitement have been building. The response we’ve had from music fans has been phenomenal and we’re delighted with ticket sales. For those who have a ticket; it’s going to be a great night and for those who don’t have a ticket, you’d best be quick!”

Gates for the show open at 6pm, with Bryan Adams taking to the stage at 8pm. There is no support act.
