Led by Peterborough Highland Pipe Band, Zoe and Neil will be joined by volunteer librarians and artists from the library collection as, from 1pm, they parade up Bridge Street and into Cathedral Square.

Zoe and Neil created the Art Lending Library to allow members of the public to loan a piece of art work, free of charge, to enjoy in their home, office or school.

This is their last and only southern stop on their tour. Arts organisation Metal snapped up the opportunity to host the library. There are 50 art works available for loan ranging from photographs, paintings, drawings, sculptures, poems, films and even a performance.

Ten art works have been gifted to the library by artists who live or work in Peterborough.

There are plenty of FREE activities to get involved with too:

On Thursday 10th March at 7pm, Eloise Moody, the artist famous for baking gold and conversation starters into the bread at the Harvest Festival meal will be talking about her practice as a milliner and artist.
