Homecoming concert for Kings Cliffe folkie Jez
Jez Hellard & The Djukella Orchestra will be playing a special concert at King's Cliffe Village Hall on Friday, March 4, to celebrate the release of their new album, Heavy Wood.
A singer of potent songs, fine guitarist, and stunning harmonica player, Jez Hellard, who grew up in the village, has performed all over the world, from Glastonbury Festival to Canada’s North Country Fair. The Djukella Orchestra play a wide mix of musical styles, from Celtic jigs, reels and ballads, to tango, rhumba and even reggae, all on acoustic instruments.
