New venture for chef behind popular bistro
A familiar face to many diners in Stamford starts a new venture at Rutland County Golf Club this weekend.
On Friday and Saturday nights, plus Sunday lunchtimes, Gail Inglis, who used to run the Cheyne Lane Bistro before its recent closure, will be turning the club’s public rooms into a new bistro.
From August 22 it is offering reasonably priced homemade quality sourced foods using local suppliers.
