New Mexican takeaway 'Mexi Bean' opens in Peterborough

The restaurant, which sells a range of authentic, freshly cooked and halal dishes welcomed its first customers at its new restaurant on Bridge Street on Friday morning (February 27).

Among the items on the menu are tacos, fajitas, burritos, loaded nachos, quesadillas, crispy cinnamon churros.

Fillings available include spicy chicken tinga, birria, al pastor haddock, vegetarian and vegan chilli, chipotle BBQ and many more.

The unit has previously been home to the Peterborough Visitor Information Centre as well as the charity shop Second Chance.
