Last orders for Whittlesey pub
A pub in Whittlesey has officially closed its doors.
The New Crown, located on High Causeway, has now closed following a decision from the licencees.
A leaving party was held last week (October 17).
In a message, the owners of The New Crown said: “It’s with mixed emotions that we’re letting you all know The New Crown will be closing its doors.
"Running this pub has been one hell of a journey, and I wouldn’t trade a single minute of it. We’ve shared so many laughs, raised a glass to good times, and navigated the tough days together too. “Most importantly, I’ve made friends here that I know will be in my life forever. Thank you for welcoming me in, for your stories, your loyalty, and for making this place feel like home.
