The pub, in Cowgate, has been closed since October while a £1.4m transformation took place. The interior has undergone a full refurbishment while outside there has been an extension built - which has created a courtyard beer garden and roof terrace. The Wetherspoon pub will be back in business on March 17 - and a week later the company’s second city centre pub The College Arms in Broadway will close for a £800,000 refurbishment.
