Two Peterborough chefs - Kevin Earl and Glenys Armstrong - have been trained by Jamie’s team in London and are now equipped to pass on cooking skills to the local community.

Volunteers who want to get involved in the project should attend the taster sessions before taking part in classes to show people how to prepare quick, healthy and cost-effective meals.

Anyone wishing to find out more about volunteering for the Ministry of Food and coming along to the Taster Day should email [email protected] or call the community team on 01733 396409.
