Looking Back: Changing world of pitchside photography
Regrettably I have not taken many pictures of Posh so thank you Joe Dent, the club’s photographer, for allowing me pitch side at the recent Burton game.
In October 1980 at Posh V Bury, Evening Telegraph photographer Jack Brindley said "follow me” which resulted in my action shot of legendary goalie Neville Southall.

46 years later I followed David Lowndes, who described how he and Jack took just a few rolls of film and rushed back to develop them but now with digital, hundreds of pictures are taken and can be around the world in seconds!
