Smart flat at care scheme opens
A range of sensors, devices and alarms have been installed in an apartment which can monitor things such as falls and someone not getting back in bed within an allotted time.
There are also medicine dispensers that remind you to take your tablets and an animated dog who can provide comfort.

Hide AdThe flat has been created by Cross Keys Homes and Peterborough City Council and is open every Tuesday, from 10am to 2pm, and Thursday, from 3pm to 5pm, for people to pop in and check out.
