When LNER train driver Darren Kelly had a week off work, he didn't put his feet up.

Far from it as Darren - an ambassador for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably) - felt he needed to do something to help the men's mental health charity instead.

He said: "At LNER we joined in with the 26 challenge that was happening throughout the country, due to the London Marathon being cancelled.

"I decided I would do a duathlon on my weeks leave. The duathlon consisted of a 2.6 mile run, 26 mile bike ride and then another 2.6 run. This I did for seven days on the trot, covering over 218 miles and in the process raised around £1,400."

The 48-year-old went as far as Stamford, in Lincolnshire and Ferry Meadows in Nene Park.

His colleague Anna Maggs also took part to help raise funds.
