Healthwatch Peterborough has launched its ‘Because We All Care’ campaign to encourage people to share their experiences of using health and care services and help the NHS and care services protect people.

With health services under increased pressure, Healthwatch said the way most services are provided has changed to help keep people safe from Covid-19.

One of the people supporting the campaign - which is being run alongside the Care Quality Commission - is Eunice who lives in Peterborough with her NHS doctor husband,

She said: “We are in the middle of a second lockdown and the NHS and care teams are working really hard to keep us safe.”

Feedback given to Healthwatch goes back to the people running the health and social care system to help them understand what is working well or what needs to change and why.
