No Gain No Pain help patients
Specialist medical equipment worth more than £5,000 has been donated to Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust.
The Whittlesey-based charity No Gain No Pain UK has handed over four syringe drivers after holding several fundraising activities.
Syringe drivers help patients control when, and how much, medication they take to control pain and other symptoms.
Louise Nicholls, her husband, Lee, and their friend, Samantha Carter, launched their fundraising drive in January 2015 after the death of Louise’s father, David Jarrett, from cancer.
The syringe drivers were handed over to Katy Harrison, Shirley Clements, Ingrid Randall and chief executive Aidan Thomas from the trust.
