Where Peterborough residents who are registered with GP surgeries will be vaccinated

More Peterborough vaccine hubs are set to open by tomorrow to ensure as many people as possible get protection from COVID.

By tomorrow there will be six sites in the city offering the vaccine - and a total of 18 across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.

Along with the hub at Peterborough City Hospital, residents will be able to get vaccinated through their GP surgery.

Rather than hubs being set up in surgeries themselves, some are being set up elsewhere.

The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG have said they expect the following sites in Peterborough to be open by tomorrow:

Peterborough City Hospital

South Peterborough - the hub will be at Stanground surgery, and will be open for patients from Oundle Medical Practice, New Queen Street & Stanground Surgeries, Yaxley, and Wansford and Kings Cliffe Practice.

Octagon North PCN - the hub will be open at Jenner Practice, Whittlesey, and Thomas Walker Surgery, Peterborough, and accept patients from Bretton Medical Practice, Hodgson Medical Centre, Huntly Grove Practice, Jenner Practice, Minster Medical Practice, Nene Valley Medical Practice, Thomas Walker Surgery, Westgate Surgery, Park Medical Centre, Eye Medical Practice and Thorney Surgery.

Central and Thistlemoor PCN - the hub will be open at Thistlemoor Medical Centre, Peterborough and accept patients from Central Medical Centre and Thistlemoor Medical Centre.

BCM and Paston PCN - the hub will be open at Werrington Surgery and will accept patients from Boroughbury Medical Centre, Werrington Surgery – Church Street, Paston Health Centre and Werrington Branch Surgery – Skaters Way.

Peterborough Partnership PCN will be open at The Fleet Community Centre and will be accepting patients from Botolph Bridge CHC, The Grange Medical Centre, Thorpe Road Surgery, The Willow Tree Surgery, Nightingale Medical Centre, Westwood Clinic, Ailsworth and Parnwell Medical Centres and Hampton Health.

Sites are also open at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Addenbrooke's Hospital, North Brink Practice, Wisbech, Hicks Group Practice, Huntingdon, as well as a number in Cambridge, Ely, St Neots and south Cambridgeshire.

Patients who are eligible to receive the vaccine will be contacted directly when it is their turn.
