Coronavirus cases in Peterborough double in a day as UK death toll rises by 87

Public Health England has revealed that the number of positive tests has risen from three to six.
In Cambridgeshire, the number of confirmed cases has risen from 30 to 37 - the same number as Northamptonshire.
Lincolnshire has 24 cases.
Nationally, the death toll has risen from 335 to 422.

Hide AdThe figures were released on the same day that stringent restrictions were imposed by the Government to prevent the spread of the virus, including forcing more businesses to close and further limiting people's movements.
But despite the warnings from Boris Johnson people are still gathering in groups and not distancing themselves.
One example was in Central Park in Park Road where youths were dispersed and their beer tipped away.
Police are set to get new powers on Thursday allowing them to issue fines to people ignoring the rules.
