Peterborough GCSE Results: King’s head congratulates pupils for successes
The head of The King’s (The Cathedral) School has congratulated pupils as they picked up their GCSE results this morning.
Youngsters picked up their results today after months of uncertainty.
Head teacher Darren Ayling said; “We so pleased, after some challenging months, to be celebrating a really successful summer with our Year 11s this year.
“We are delighted by the success of all our pupils but especially in the context of the uncertainty with which they have had to contend.
“I’m sure they would wish to join me in thanking their families, and staff, for the support they have received while at The King’s School. These results will provide them with some excellent foundations upon which they can look forward to building their future careers.”
