Local Peterborough Zumba instructors unite for annual charity Zumbathon

Peterborough Zumba instructors from across the city will be leading sessions suitable for all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can get involved—whether they are seasoned dancers or complete beginners.

“It’s all about the community coming together, enjoying a great afternoon of Zumba, and raising money for a fantastic cause," said Penelope Hindson, one of the organisers. "We promise it to be a lively celebration filled with music, dance, and community spirit. Every step, every dance move, and every donation will make a real difference.” raising vital funds to support children and families living with Down syndrome in the Peterborough area.

The Peterborough Area Down's Syndrome Group is a parent led charity supporting people with Down's syndrome and their families. The charity supply speech therapy, dance classes, soft play sessions and support groups for all members.

Their contribution ensures that as much money as possible will go directly to the Peterborough Area Down Syndrome Group, helping to fund activities, support services, and resources for families.
