Ten jobs to be created with two new arrivals at Peterborough business park

The enterprises have agreed leases on units at Axis Park in Manasty Road, Orton Southgate, and in total are expected to create 10 plus jobs.

Robotics systems manufacturer, Automation and Robotic Technology, has signed a five year lease for 2,872 sq ft of warehouse space.

Vehicle personalisation business JPB Signs has agreed a five-year lease for the 2,876 sq ft Unit 19B.

The new arrivals mean there is just one unoccupied unit remaining at Axis Park.

The lease agreements have been overseen jointly by commercial agents Savills and Richardson’s on behalf of Aberdeen UK Property Fund.

The deals follow the recent arrivals of CDD Automation Solutions and Ellinas Auto Trade UK.

Sam Major, surveyor in the business space team at Savills Peterborough, said: “Axis Park is the perfect place for these businesses to continue their local expansion. Due to the popularity of the new development, we expect to receive significant interest in the last remaining unit.”
