The Bretton rink, run by Planet Ice, has been closed throughout the coronavirus crisis.

A spokesman for Planet Ice said: “The government has now announced the opening of ice rinks from Saturday August 15th. This is great news for all Planet Ice customers. Obviously, with such a short turnaround time we will work towards giving the customers the best ice skating experience possible for this weekend.
