New senior appointment at Peterborough-based price comparison website

The firm, which is part of the Peterborough-based insurance giant BGL Group, has recruited Jesper With-Fogstrup to the newly created role of chief operating officer.

He arrives from hotel reservations website LateRooms.com where he was chief executive.

He will oversee product management, user experience, commercial partnerships and customer contact operations.

Denmark-born Mr With-Fogstrup brings a wealth of expertise and insight in strategy, product management, customer relationship management and sales operations.

Before he joined LateRooms.com, he spent 10 years at Gullivers Travel Associates, working his way up to the role of senior vice-president, global hotel sourcing.

He has an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
