Holiday bonus as John Lewis Peterborough prepares to open its own bureau de change
The John Lewis Foreign Currency Bureau de change will open on Thursday on the upper ground floor - next to its travel goods - at its store in the Queensgate shopping centre.
And the retailer has pledged to price match against local competition as part of its “Never Knowingly Undersold” policy.

“We are committed to the John Lewis Never Knowingly Undersold promise, so if you find a better rate elsewhere on the high street, come to our Bureau de Change with a quote slip, and we will match the price.”
John Lewis Foreign Currency will provide customers with commission free transactions on 30 currencies in store and 60 online.
In addition, the Bureau de change provides traveller’s cheques in up to six currencies with a single exchange rate nationwide, ensuring customers receive consistent pricing between all channels and products.

John Lewis Foreign Currency also has a free weekday home delivery service on orders over £500,
Existing John Lewis and Waitrose partnership card holders will also earn one point for every £1 spent using the John Lewis Foreign Currency service.
