City based Little Voices has recognised how hard it is for children and parents during lockdown, especially whilst trying to work from home and home-school the kids at the same time!

We all need some fun and laughter - and also to ensure that our mental health is not suffering.

Singing is proven to relieve stress and anxiety, improves mental health and mood, enhances memory, improves your posture and enhances lung function.

At Little Voices, lessons are online in virtual classrooms and youngsters are singing every week.

Principal of Little Voices Peterborough, Julie Armstrong, said, “ We are so thrilled to welcome our pupils every week and to work on their voices. Happiness and fun is central to our lessons. Friendships and talking are a crucial part of what we do, in order to help children’s mental health so that they can survive this third lockdown.”

Julie said in an effort to give something back there are now 4 FREE pre-recorded lessons available by going to www.littlevoices.org.uk/free-lockdown-lessons
